Not really, I have a feeling the odds of a Fed hike are lower. I've held the opinion that the Fed would not raise rates during the fourth quarter due to Y2K concerns. I'm not unique in this as I believe a lot of people have that opinion. Some recent comments give me the feeling the Fed feels this way as well. Btw I wouldn't be upset if they did raise rates. In fact I think they should and I'm not concerned about Y2K.

I also read Bill Murphy comments. The 'powers that be' told the English they couldn't let gold get over $290 huh? Sure they did. Someone should have told Mr Murphy to wear a helmet when he was playing football.
