William,
Hi!!
I see where there is talk of where DELL's price will be by the end of the year...IMO we can't judge how how informed the average investor will be by then...Some on this thread have alluded to the role that DELL has been planning these past six or seven months...Those that haven't followed where DELL is taking haven't been reading the announcements...DELL is anything but a box maker..The revenue growth opportunities are planned to keep DELL at 50% for each qt. for years...And, on top of this the news of the CHINA explosion being "ahead of schedule" has me anticipating a factoring in very soon...Brazil looks to be another huge opportunity where even the box maker "image" can progress in a stunning fashion...Europe is growing nicely and the Fall Analyst Meeting will hopefully describe some more of these areas...Then there is the B2B business which IMO unlocks the greatest of all growth potential in the corporate world...The growth of this internet earnings from last year to this year is enormous...27,000 Premier Pages and this was what we heard at the end of the last qt. :o) I'm sure that CPQ's bleeding hasn't exactly been able to keep this figure down! :o) And, then there is a certain company that resides across the river here...Just happen to have 18B in revenue that can't make a profit... :o) And then once again...Got "punched" again today from a representative of a firm that sells advice and then helps manage 403B's to our school district employees...Have known him for four years or more and he knows of my "addiction"...Talking with him today at lunch was veeerrrrry interesting... :o)
So, this brings us to the price of DELL by years end? Hey, who knows...One thing I will bet on is this: Even though not toooo many know or have taken the time to BUY DELL during this planning period and have lost their patience...I'll bet they'll regret it big time if they miss this ride to the moon...For should IBM concede the IBM business...Not even the dumbest investor will be able to not understand that DELL is now unstoppable...DELL will become 50% of the world wide market in five years guaranteed...Imagining the DELL reps walking into corporations telling them that IBM service and our B2B initiatives come with the deal...Who can offer a better deal?
You can't afford NOT to do business with DELL...Anyone that can't figure this out should invest in mutuals...
Why do we have those shares anyhow William? :o) :o) :o)

BUY DELL
Best, Kemble
