I'll post the 2 latest replies, as they contain more information than the first. the first (this morning) -------- Thank you for your note: Advanced Oxygen Technologies, Inc., "AOXY" is current with all of its filings. You can confirm this at the following addresses: 1. The Edgar Archives at sec.gov 2. The OTC BB Daily list pages at: otcbb.com 3. The Otc BB July Daily list page at the same site. The confussion comes from NASDAQ scheduling the amendment prior to our latest filing on 9-29-99. Again, let me state that AOXY is in FULL compliance with the reporting requirements of a 34 act company as defined by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
