Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but two key areas for gnet growth are a little controversial right now... first is the portland open access case which affects AOL/athm and all the broadband carriers... Portland recently issued a statement that it is looking at other cable providers because T refuses to open up... if T buckles and allows open access then Charter will likely do the same...

The other thing is that Amazon has made aggressive moves into small business with its zShops venture... there is also some regional initiatives at ebay that I don't know much about... I'm not sure what the impact could be on hypermart.

Also over the weekend Blodgett made some statements that there is consolidation in the industry, fwiw.
