To: ALL INTERESTED WWWC/NWDP INVESTORS
From: Irv Soble - skyarrow@epix.net
& Robert Gorson-orion1111@aol.com

We are responding to some questions asked of us
since our previous post on both Silicon Investors and Raging Bull Sites.

Q: Have we submitted our conversion letters?

A: We understand that WWWC is several million dollars in the red; hence our WWWC ertificates are worthless. Although we would be exchanging them for NWDP certificates that may
also become worthless, there doesn't seem to be any reasonable alternative but to convert, and hope for the best. Accordingly, Irv did submit his signed conversion letter, with the ratification statements intact, during our
visit to the NWDP office. Bob also intends to submit his several conversion letters soon.

Q: Was the office open for business? Was the staff paralyzed by fear of the outcome of the investigation?

A: Yes the office seemed to be functioning well without any
noticeable signs of impairment. Peter greeted us, in apparent good spirits, at the airport and drove us to our hotel. We met the next morning for breakfast, and then
continued our meeting in Peter's office. Incidentally, we paid for all our own hotel and travel expenses, but Peter
paid for breakfast out of his own pocket. We insisted that no shareholders' funds be used for any of our expenses in making this trip.

Peter began by briefing us about some potentially exciting
prospects which he hopes to announce to all shareholders as soon as firm contracts are signed.

We asked about the ramifications of the raid on the NWDP office by officers of the California Department of
Corporations together with its enforcement arm, the FBI. As
reported in the press, six computers and many boxes of files were taken. However, the Department deliberately refrained from closing down the office so as not to interfere with the shareholders' right to continue converting their shares. Peter called the Department in our presence. The person in charge indicated that the files appeared to be in good order and that the computers would be returned shortly. The files would be returned to the Company in a week or so, as soon as the Department finished copying whatever records they needed. Peter indicated that he did not expect the Department to uncover any evidence of illegal or inappropriate actions on his part.

We found the NWDP offices to be suitably located, appropriately sized and adequately furnished without being
extravagant. Peter's mother,Carol, his close assistant, Rosie, and other personnel working there greeted us warmly and seemed unconcerned about the investigation. The programmer there gave us a demonstration of the new Net Pirates CD-rom software which was impressive. All of the
office personnel were busy sending out the new CD's to prospective players, and the mood in the office appeared
positive and upbeat.

We departed in the early afternoon to catch our flights home. We were more encouraged by the time of our return
flight than we were prior to our visit, but we are well aware that the game is far from over.

If there are more questions about our visit, we will try to address them later. However, we judge by several comments made to us after our posting on the Raging Bull and Silicon Investor that some readers are reacting unfavorably to our
efforts to open a line of communication with Peter Michaels. Therefore, if you so wish, send us an e-mail address so that we may direct future communications by e-mail to only those interested in hearing from us.
Thus we will not be interfering with those who seem to prefer using the bulletin boards for hate mail only.

Thanks for your attention. Irv and Bob
