cgr...dont' forget slander has to be something "untrue".

Is it untrue that some companies have given free trips to promote stock?

Is it untrue that their are stock scams on the internet?

Is it untrue that pump and dump schemes exist?

Is it untrue that people should do their own due diligence and research and should be wary of message board advice?

Is it untrue that some people blindly follow newsletters and message board "gurus" and then lose their shirts?

Is it untrue that penny stocks are fraught with risk and are touted/hyped mercilessly on message boards?

Is it untrue that kknightmcc has posted that "all you need to know" about some stocks can be found on her web site?

etc.

And somemore drivel..

In addition, I read kknightmcc's letter to ICC..(I think) about the Raging Bull board...

I have to say, if that organization is so important why would they give a tinker's damn about a mickey mouse message board??

Also, she cc'd letter to the PRESIDENT of Rhombic Corp...why would he give a sh** about a message board when he has a business to run???

The letter is childish and further makes my point about doing careful dd....

IMO.

Then finally Kathy has had enough of this joker and comes back with this literary masterpiece..

cgr...dont' forget slander has to be something "untrue".

>>>Is it untrue that some companies have given free trips to promote stock?

Yes, but not in my case, as most of the people who read my newsletter know, I have disclosed that I went to Switzerland with NPCT because the parties I introduced them to in order to help the company insisted on my presence. I was paid stock for the introduction after the fact, which I also disclosed. It is legally listed in their S-1 statement, which is readily apparent to anyone who reads the SEC filings. I have never been paid to write about the company for any reason. The stock in question was worth $3,000 when I received it, but when I went to Switzerland with the company I lost $7,000 in my portfolio because the world markets crashed when we were over there making presentations to financial institutions of the NPCT technology. I could not get on the Internet to stop my loses. So I lost a lot more than I gained. As did a lot of people during that time when a lot of these stocks lost 70% or more. That is not something that I can be held accountable for as you keep trying to do.

>>>Is it untrue that their are stock scams on the internet? Yes, that is true, but I am not involved in that. I have already dealt with regulatory agencies and have disclosed a great deal. Every company I write about is thoroughly researched and I have documentation in my files to prove everything that I say.

>>>Is it untrue that pump and dump schemes exist?

Yes, pump and dump schemes exist and I have dedicated myself to combatting them by finding out the true information on companies, by speaking to their officers, researching their filings, and searching out anything I can find on them on the Internet and elsewhere. I do not post lies and mistruths as you imply when you write those spurious things that you do. I do not advise people to buy or sell any stock nor do I make price predictions. I challenge you to find a single post where I do that, because they do not exist. Therefore I am not pumping the stock, nor do I sell into a rise. You have libeled me by the implication.

>>>Is it untrue that people should do their own due diligence and research and should be wary of message board advice?

No, it is not untrue that people should do their own due diligence and research and it is true that they should be wary of message board advice and that includes yours. Anyone can call any of the parties that I say I speak to at any time and they will verify that I have spoken to them. I do not make up interviews nor do I use them to pump stock. I do interviews so investors can get something to go on in their due diligence search. Because I have a newsletter I receive a better response from the companies in question, that is true. I have never said to use my research exclusively to make investment decisions, as a matter of fact, anyone visiting my website can read my disclaimers and rule and regulations and see that I do not pretend to be advising anyone of anything, that it is strictly for informational purposes. I have already spoken with the SEC and was told that I was in compliance with my disclaimers.

>>>Is it untrue that some people blindly follow newsletters and message board "gurus" and then lose their shirts?

That is true of those who "blindly follow" and bet the farm on these pennies. It is also true that I warn people that these stocks are highly risky and that they should not put all of their money into this market irregardless of which company. You obviously do not read all of what I post.

>>>Is it untrue that penny stocks are fraught with risk and are touted/hyped mercilessly on message boards?

That is true, but I post only facts, not hype and I am sick of you lumping me into that category when it is not true.

>>>Is it untrue that kknightmcc has posted that "all you need to know" about some stocks can be found on her web site? etc.

You did not post the whole post and took it out of context. Here is the entire post for those who are interested in the truth:

This is an example of your lack of due diligence. First you say "ICC" which is not correct, it is IC&C and is one of the things that has caused IC&C to be upset over the slamming of their illustrious organization. Second, IC&C tracked me down because of the posts that defamed their organization, after seeing that I was trying to show how wrong people were in slamming IC&C.

I agreed to write that letter at their request, not just for my own purposes. I was also contacted by Rhombic Corporation about the defamation which could have caused them to lose their hard won consulting agreement. I agreed to cc: Larry Owen, President of Rhombic at his request and he would verify that to anyone who asked, as would IC&C.

Your opinion is completely biased by your own past experiences in this market and have absolutely no bearing on the facts in question. I too am entitled to my opinion which is that you have libeled me and in that libeling you have effected the value of the companies which I write about and then you point at me when the stock goes down as if it was my fault. That is unethical and done under the guise of helping people. Why don't you take responsibility for your own actions? You always say you are not bashing the companies, well by bashing the legitimate information gathered on these companies and doing so without bothering to verify if the information is legitimate you are reverse hyping the stock and talking people into selling their stock with fright messages. I have many times told you and others to call the companies and verify the information, but you do not do that. You just continue to bash.

I also take issue with your constant innuendos about me hiding from questions when I have answered questions on Yahoo and then the Raging Bull for more than a year only to get slammed for my answers. Again I state that I had a heart attack in January and got fed up with dealing with people who have their own agendas and whose only aim in life seems to be destroying the integrity of anyone who posts legitimate facts on these boards. I will not subject myself to another heart attack for your edification.

One last point is that I have not been paid to promote any of the companies that I write about. I have never been paid a cent or anything else for most of them. Yes I have been paid to write a press release by some of them, but then I need to pay for my bills and have a right to be paid for my services if it is warranted. I have fully disclosed on my web site, which companies have paid me and which companies have not and for what purpose. My disclaimer can be read at:

investortoinvestor.com

And my rules and regulations can be read here:

This is the last word you will get from me on this subject.

kknightmcc, thank you for your response...sincerely... now we all know that you have been paid to "write press releases by some of the companies". That is not illegal but I think the new investor has a right to know those things.

Also, I guess I quoted one of your posts wrong...you said "all you NEED to know about NPCT is available on your web site" sorry.

Still the same message however..

Good luck in your investments.

Here's the good part...
""now we all know that you have been paid to "write press releases by some of the companies".""

I think she's told us that a 100 times..And he still acts like he got something out of her..LOL!!! Then this:""Also, I guess I quoted one of your posts wrong...you said "all you NEED to know about NPCT is available on your web site" sorry.""

He gets it wrong again...She said "Anything" not "all"!!!!

PPS: I hope your not joe...LOL!!!!!!!!!!
