Mr K,

I also wonder about what Mr Pappajohn thinks about the increase in price. All I have to go on is this...

Mr Pappajohn paid $268,750 on July 20, 1999 to add to his holdings in PCES. This purchase brought his total holdings in PCES up to 40.25%.

At that time (July 20) PCES was trading around 23 cents (price was as high as 26 cents on July 19, the day before Mr Pappajohn's transaction).

According to all the SEC filings I could find on Mr Pappajohn, he owns a larger percentage of PCES than anything else.

And William G. Walters also bought $268,750 worth of PCES on the same day as Mr Pappajohn.

Another major player seems to be IAI FUNDS. They own 48.7% of PCES Common Shares (per the most recent 10K). Here is IAI FUNDS website...

I am a speculator on PCES because of how I view the indicators. But speculating is not for everyone and PCES, like nearly all OTCBB stocks, has risk.
