But, looking at this, cpureview.com I would guess the Athlon CPUs selling now are being sold cheaper than the rebate CPUs (now including the rebate) which were sold earlier to OEMs. An example, a cpu Athlon (550)sold in August for $500 plus the rebate=$400 for AMD. They sell that same cpu today for $306. What's the delay between AMD and Best Buy? 30-60 days? I don't know. Clear as mud. I almost lost myself. Charles will be by later to bail me out......(I hope!)
