hi dave, thanks for the info on ibd... it seems like a great publication, and i would be interested if it were on line, but as it is these days i barely have time to read the newspaper, and am always behind on my magazines... i don't know what to say about cs moving from an a to b rating... wonder if it could be because most of the accumulation has happened and the institutions are just sitting tight at this point? only my guess... kathy :)
