Kathy, The B rating does mean CS is being accumalated but at not the rate of an A rating. I have seen stocks go up 3-4 points in a day, only to have it's rating drop from an A to a B. The rating does not move around daily, but over a 1 month period for example it may drop from an B to a D or C to an A or never change at all. The problem is I don't know the criteria for each rating.
