dennis,

Hey!

How are things? I just wanted to ask what your thoughts were in relation to the market. I watched very closely as to the 28th +/- 4 days with the prediction of Carpino and all others. I am not trying to agitate, but it makes it tough for me to buy into their pattern views when it seems that if the highs were on those days, actually the DOW and the SPX were on their lows right then.

My opinion is that until there is a reason for the market to drop signifigantly it wont. I consider a <10% correction very healthy and common in such a volitile market.

I gather from Glens posting that one or more of the people you follow changed their views? If so, what good are they to follow. If I were to have traded according to the forecast I would have exited right at the bottom.

I do think there are going to be troubles ahead, but until there is a catalyst to shake a very firm ecomony and a titlewave of cash comming in, that a 30% move is as likely as the Broncos winning the Superbowl this year.

I hope you went against and got in AOL when it was at 79 the other day, same goes for AMZN, EBAY and others.

I am interested in what the thinking is now and what made the change come about..

Take care..
