I phoned the VSE today, first I talked to the finance department. I asked why they didn't let the PP through. She told me to phone STS, and that the VSE had the investors interests at heart. So I asked which investor the shorters or the small inverstor. She told me I don't have to listen to that and just hung up!!!

Then I phoned again, and talked to the Coperate Finance department. The case worker for STS is on Vacation until about the 16th. I then talked to David, he told me the VSE wrote a letter to STS outlining the reasons for the rejection of part of the PP. Talking to STS later Mark told me they never got any letter from the VSE.

Here is David's direct number 604 643 6543 I also asked him why a company who has invested 400 million this year alone in VSE stocks was rejected, for STS. He said he couldn't tell me, and I have to talk to STS and it was in the letter to them. *The letter they never got*

Is there anyway we can file a Class Action lawsuit against the VSE and win? Any lawyers here?
