Seems Intel and AMD have a tech agreement until yr 2000. AMD can't copy post P5 stuff, but can Intel copy K-7? Anybody know? Seems the Treaty between AMD and Saxony forbids AMD drawing any assets from AMD-Saxony until all the AMD-S debt is paid. So AMD is is obligated to pay AMD-Saxony various amounts, but can't make anything from its investment. Sounds Sanders-Dumb to me. Fab 30 sounds like a deep black hole.
