Kendall,

This is like what I said the other day about strong stocks, good news runs often runs in a series, so strong stocks stay strong for a period of months. Bad news runs in a series too, that is why I became cautious about the chip stocks.

Sometimes bounce plays off falling stocks make good daytrades, and the bounces themselves make shorting opportunities, but I believe that is about the extent of it. The risk if capital loss is too high to try a hit the bottom.

Speaking of risk, if I can side track a bit. Everyone seems to think the interest rates will not be raised tomorrow, including me. However, is there more market risk tomorrow in missing a bull run if rates are not increased, or in taking a loss if they are? I tend to side with the later, so stay close to the exit. Forgive me for getting off topic, this has been on my mind this evening.
