LHG, you are "safe" holding HAS at 20, IMO. I got out because whenever I get caught in the beginnings of a sharp, sudden downdraft I will dump at the market first and ask questions later. I think that the fact that HAS recovered nearly a point from its low by the end of day is a good sign. Everything positive I've ever said about HAS the company I still believe fervently. My only questions, though, are about negative investor sentiment for the entire sector and about "dead money". I like to play stocks for about three to six months, so I like stocks with more short-to-intermediate upside potential. After selling HAS I immediately reinvested in Williams Communications Group (WCG) and ended up (on paper) recovering all my HAS losses by the end of the day (WCG was up 14 1/2%). BTW, I still have 200 shares of HAS that I bought at 19 last year. So, I'm glad that you were able to get into HAS at what will, I hope, be a very good entry point for you. Best Regards, Bill. P.S. Besides, holding HAS is a perfect way for you to help get your daughters interested in stocks and finance.
