Have you any ideas as to whether management has the acumen to take their show on the internet successfully.
Halpin was a very successful merchant but it seems to me that they have seriously missed the boat on using the technology of e-tail. Their business was technology and they acted as if it was going to take technology decades.as it did the telephone to become a wireless use anywhere product. I just don't think this management has the vision and savvy to make CPU an internet PRESENCE.

Someone on this board suggested that there were still plenty of computer neophytes to keep the bricks & mortar
business going. But CPU has been blithly ignorant of the
swift advances in their industry(internet/technology retail) and must play catchup. Bricks & mortar are fine but the future is the internet.
Like everyone I have had both good and bad (finally went to BEST BUY to get satisfaction)experiences with CPU. That can happen to anyone.
But now they want me to vote for the same BOD. I don't think so.
Simply have no faith in them but think CPU is salvageable
with the right team. Any ideas out there?

I bought this stock because of Halpin's success with BJ Wholesale and am long suffering at 22.00 a share.

Appreciate any constructive input, if possible.
