But why would Mr. Yuen agree to a merger if he didn't believe a combination now with TVGIA would be better than the alternative: protracted litigation? Why would Murdoch agree to trade his TVGIA shares for GMST if he wasn't fairly confident in Yuen? Secretly, I hope GMST plunges. I can then get a "full position" and maybe even LB will do a little bottom fishing. Tell me The Street wouldn't load-up at 45 - 50. --Sommers
