I just read about this quarter restructuring charge. I think its funny how some posters put a positive spin on the story. To me its definitely a negative. Didn't IOM take a charge last quarter? Now they are taking another one this quarter. IOM spend millions for Nomai and now, in what seems less than a year, they are shutting it down??? After reading the news I'm left with this simple impression, "failure to execute". I thought all the bad news was already out. I guess I was wrong.
