Well good thing your out then, I guess. My take on the charges and inventory mark down is that they really didn't have to take any of it but could have deferred to future quarters. The actual numbers aren't out yet but it looks like had they deferred the inventory markdown alone could have put from 2 to 4 cents on the bottom line. I do like that they put an extra 40 million away. BTW I agree past management hasn't executed well. Just as glad to be hanging around as you are to be out. Good luck Regards Reseller
