To All: Re: Suggestions to the Chairman of DCHT:
Please post all comments, advice and criticism to this board between
now and Wednesday morning 10:00AM and I will read every one of
them, word for word to David Haberman, Chairman of DCHT later this
week in NY.
We will be appearing at the Discovery Expo Oct 7 at the NY Hilton, in
an attempt to attract brokers to the stock; the one thing this company
has lacked from the start, (in the absence of strong sales growth)

I have also arranged for DCH to appear at the Nov 10, 1999 Equities
Conference which is featuring Bill Hambrecht of Hambrecht and Quist,
which was recently sold to Chase for
$ 1.3 Billion. H&Q is also part of the PLUG selling group.
It is of the utmost of importance that DCH begin to show themselves to
the Street, and fast.

As part of their fee, Equities Magazine also writes a 4 page research
recommendation which goes out to all of their subscribers and is
handed out at their conferences. They also give their companies a
short spot on CNBC.
I strongly encourage all with an interest in this stock from faxing DCH
and politely informing them that you are in favor of them attending this
conference, and for them to continue to actively engage in this activity.
In addition, I have introduced Research Magazine to DCH and
arranged for them to take space in the December issue which reaches
85,000 plus brokers and industry professionals, however it is also very
expensive, so of you want to see them advertising in there I suggest
that you fax DCH with your opinion.
Any other suggestions and comments are welcome, except of course
criticism of Steve O; you already see what that has gotten you in the
60 days since my official departure.
