Stephan,

Posted the fokllowing on another thread:

Previously I had mentioned that it is very common that prior to an important announcement my SHORT-TERM TECHNICALS are normally in the mid-range, which I call the "FLIP-OF-THE-COIN TERRITORY", which implies indecision. This is actually based on statistics per my specific system.

However, this did not happen since the market ran up strong, and my SHORT-TERM TECHs are in the CLASS SELL territory.

Subjectively it implies that the market may be overly optimistic that there will be not increase in rates or bias change, and that such is not priced into the market. Since most feel that optimistic, based on yesterdays performance, we need to take caution since the market seldom goes the way most think it will.
