I keep on hearing that there is alot of money on the sidelines, but at this point no one has given even an approximation.

Another point is should we always assume that such moneys will come directly into the U.S.EQUITY markets, it could go into bonds or foreign markets. I know of some who have invested overseas recently, including myself in one way or another.

I dont doubt there is money on the sidelines, but what guarrantee does anyone have that it will 100% come back into the U.S.EQUITY market. Im not saying you are wrong, just questioning why so many are so certain that such money will come back in a significant manner. Again, the market doesnt do what most think - just some caution, and not saying that you are wrong.
