I was basing the comment on reading these boards and the TSCM boards which have some professionals on them. Looked to me like many were 100% cash or only lightly invested. I haven't seen the bigger money knocking the doors down to buy back the stuff they sold in July and August either (except for window dressing). And, Heinz noted that British money at least is leaving the U.S. markets for Japan.

It was less a comment on where the money might go when it comes off the sidelines and more that what money would be allocated to the U.S. market is sitting on the caution side of Bobby's bell curve

and with the majority in that position, can they all be correct.

Or, are you theorizing that there is more money already in the market than we think?
