Hi Allen,
Only thing I know for sure is that I'm real glad ZMAX stock is
showing more activity than this board. Glad you posted so they don't
move us into the SI morgue, whatever that is. <g>

re << rules and policing policies of the German exchange? Are they
free to "talk up" a stock with little or no supervision?>>
I don't know the answer, but after reading some of these boards, my
vote for #1 hypesters is us good ole USA'ers. Don't think the Germans
hold a candle to us re hype.
Seriously, from what I hear from ICC & what I see on after-hours (or
before hours) trading, I don't think the "German effect" has been
that great lately. After week #1 on the Berlin exchange, I think
they've lost interest (for the time being, anyway).

re <<it seems impossible to predict whose stock it will benefit, and
how much it will benefit.>>
IMHO, a number of y2k stocks will make investors happy. I think ZMAX
is one of these.

ZMAX looks better & better to me:
Contract w/Fortune 100 co. - although this co. may utilize 2 or 3
y2k vendors, suffice it to say that we are talking in the 100's of
millions LOC. All I can do is hope (& think) that ZMAX will get a
significant portion.

Completion of successful field test for SP500 co.

Alliances with HP, EDS, WANG, First Technology Solutions

STRONG management & Board of Directors, with the latest addition of
Michel Berty being BIG news. No, I had never heard of him, but how
many Chairmen/CEO's of multi-$B companies voluntarily take a "step
down"? Reading about Berty & Cap Gemini makes me even more satisfied
sitting LONG & waiting for the fun to begin. Shouldn't be much longer.

To be honest, the fun has actually been going on for awhile - from 7
to 16 in six months with no fanfare, no NASDAQ. Still thinking that
this party is only beginning.

Sorry that I don't have any significant answers (believe me, all of
the IHMO's are not significant), but maybe someone out there does.

Good luck,
David
