Alliance With Industry Leaders Siebel Systems and
Great Plains Software

today announced a strategic alliance with Siebel Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:SEBL - news), the leading provider of web-based
front office software systems and Great Plains Software (NASDAQ:GPSI - news), the leader in back office business
management solutions for the mid-market.
Starting immediately, the Company will offer Great Plains Siebel Front Office to its customers to deliver the functionality,
customization, ease-of-use, rapid deployment, and pricing required by the mid-market. Great Plains Siebel Front Office is fully
integrated with the Great Plains eEnterprise back office platform, addressing the overwhelming demand for integrated
best-of-class business applications.
