I agree that the CPQ/DEC comparison is not strictly valid, but I was more trying to establish a point on how WS reacts to acquisitions or mergers that aren't completely understood.

The stock price usually suffers in that environment. Just trying to get a handle on whether it makes sense to sell now and come back later....cheaper.
