I also agree. Has a proposed reverse split ever been successfully shot down by shareholders? I doubt it. The RS will go through if they want it to. The other side of the coin is that we don't have much equity now, so a RS will potentially cause us to lose the pocket change we are now jingling. Maybe there's a 1 in 100 chance that JABA can pull out of this mess. However, management has shown that in spite of their geological technical savvy, they are incapable of runnning a company geared to providing value for shareholders. These people appear to be academics, not businessmen. Too bad - you place your bets, you take your chances. Hope everyone has some positive capital gains to offset with this loser.
