Thanks for that response. Short term it's more an issue of perception rather than fundamentals. A far as AOL and MSFT, they are Gemstar licencees, so I am not sure if this would calm the regulators. On the hand, I am sure the parties involved have thought it through, and will make all the right "noises" to show that competition exists. Anyway, I will slowly add to my position as I digest this mega news.
