If they don't get the price to go up, how do they negotiate a good deal with CSRV? If you manage to have 1000 here, 1000 there executed continuously for a while, shorts will smell the fishiness and cover themselves. This will come in chain reaction. And that is how AOL bandits are doing it. AOL survives on surging stocks.
She has to either boom or burst, nothing in between.
