great news? in your opinion, how so? At the current price, and expiring November 1st, i can't see the net $1.2million target proceeds. .. unless something's happening very soon besides cash flow problems and short-term debtors asking for their money.. in the short-term, will it might be cheaper to buy c.biv "at market" ? jmho HART
