I think the 1 Post for 16 GPW was before the split. Now it should be 1 Post for 10 GPW. However, they did say originally that GPW was to be valued at a 1.08. So if that is the case, then the ratio should change depending on POST's price at the time of the transfer? Or perahps they have set that already. C'est la vie......
