Larry, without Level II you are flying blind. The market maker who lowered the bid to 5 1/8 wasn't the same market maker who has been sitting on the ask for a month now. Again, consider my advice for anyone who suspects a big seller, or big buyer in the stock. Get access to Level II and watch the trades. The big seller will become evident. You don't know what you are talking about. BTW Larry, I NEVER said that CC wouldn't or couldn't short as you lied in a post today. I said they should report material changes in their position to the SEC. I also felt that since they weren't reporting last March, they weren't shorting... then I had to revise that view, when we discovered how the loophole in the CC agreement allowed them to avoid SEC filings. I notice that you also mis-quoted Rich Wolf in the same post. Paul
