Couldn't agree with you more, Voltaire. For an existing handset maker or consumer electronics manuf' (Siemens or Phillips), Q's QPE manufacturing space means nothing, nor does Q have any specialized know-how in putting the box together. What they are buying is Q's market share, such as it is, with guaranteed access [and, hopefully, more important to us--OBLIGATORY USE of Q ASICs] to the best CDMA ASICs and the pdQ and Thin line of phones. The deal is probably viewed most accurately as an omnibus licensing deal with an upfront payment and commitments down the road.
