Lindy, I guess I'm the minority here, but I really would have expected a rebound if yesterday was simply a "sell the news" reaction. I think there has to be something about this deal that doesn't add up, at least for the intermediate term. The market may love it down the road, but for now it seems WS really hates this deal. bp
