IF the latest round of estimate changes turn out to be in the ballpark, I wouldn't be surprised if some analysts (with the higher numbers) lowered their ratings to reflect lower growth rates and price targets. Bob, Yes, from buy to accumulate. I could see that as well. MER has had NITE as an accumulate all along. Once again, the analysts tend to move down as a herd just when the time to buy may actually have arrived. Gary Korn
