UNITED LEISURE CORPORATION EXTENDS EXPIRATION DATE OF ITS WARRANTS TO
NOVEMBER 9, 2000

LOS ANGELES, Oct 5, 1999 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- United Leisure
Corporation, (OTC Bulletin Board: UTDL) announced today that, by action
of its Board of Directors, it has extended the expiration date of its
issued and outstanding Class A Redeemable Common Stock Purchase
Warrants, CUSIP Number 910776 11 1, from 5:00 PM (New York time) on
November 9, 1999 to 5:00 PM (New York time) on November 9, 2000.
