Hello MF, TSI is a US company now but they are pretty 'mum'
on when a US listing will occur and I know things are in turmoil and pretty bogged down at NASDAQ these days, so no good answer here.

I did not notice many shares come out from the escrow release, I assume they believe as I do the stocks is just
too cheap.

As for tax loss selling, it is quite possible if the stock
stays down at these prices. There was not huge volume at
higher prices so tax loss selling should not be extensive. I
find this usually peeks around the 1st 2nd week of December.

My strategy is to average down at these prices. For tax loss selling you could still buy now and sell your old position
before year end and claim that loss. That way you still get
a buy at cheap prices and avoid the flipping rule of waiting (not sure I think 60 or 90 days) for tax loss
