PRSW is giving strong signs that the major bounce up will occur at any time. This is the first time that a major MM battle has occurred and the price has not moved in over an hour (vs. falling). All indications are that the contract that missed 3rd quarter will hit a press release immediately upon completion. Better signs are that the selling is completed and buying has begun. PRSW lookinig good for big gains.
