Because the pe had dropped to about 30 on next years estimates, while e are growing at 50% plus. It was a semi-panic that brought it to the 150's. The sale is an unknown, lots of variables and it seems that most of us shareholders think that if they hit a home run with a "tactical" sale, it is not factored in.
