I commend you on the speed of your due diligence.<g> The final prospectus is only 259 pages. Hopefully you got the symbol right.<g> The people making the most money now aren't taking very much risk: the investment banks(7% of offering), the insiders(1.77mm shs, excluded from the 3.25mm offering,at $1.89 per sh.) and the 8.9mm shs that are locked up for the next 180 days which were bought at the $2.62 on average. That's a bargain for a company that loses more money($5.2mm) than in took in as revenue($4.2mm) during the last nine months. I honestly wish you punters well. America, what a great country.
