I was thinking the same thing Scott! IBM had that press release about thier new technology and everyone was saying it was either patent infringement because it sounded just like KM or they had indeed signed a contract. Between that and Lisa's stockbroker saying that something was going to happen right about this time and now $Bill telling us he heard they had a contract signed sealed and delivered already...I'm getting dejavu of the maxtor agreement. About three weeks before the actual announcement it was already a rumor on this thread. The only part of the rumor that was incorrect was that it was going to be announced Dec 20th and it was announced Dec. 23rd. Could our patience be paying off? That would be about 17% of the market. Long and hopeful.....
