Next Gen Nails New Titles

Multi: A Turrican sequel is being developed by Factor
5 for Dolphin, Next Generation magazine has reported.
And that's not all – a PlayStation version of Sam
Raimi's The Evil Dead movie classic is in the works
from THQ.

Development on the sequel to Turrican, the hit 16-bit
side-scrolling shooter, is reportedly going under the name of
Thornado. Little else is known about the upcoming game other
than it is being developed by Factor 5. Strangely,
www.thornado.com leads to Factor 5's homepage. Now what
does that suggest?

The Evil Dead could also be lurching onto a PlayStation near
you in the future, as THQ has signed an unnamed developer to
develop some sort of tongue-in-cheek survival horror sim based
on the hit 1982 series.
