Walter,

Several times you have posted comments about the S-3 shares and implied that these have caused downward pressure on the stock price.

I do not believe that very many of those shares have been sold into the open market. The S-3 is simply a means of making the shares transferrable through sale. It does not imply or require that the holder actually sell those shares at any point in time.

Several of the registrants are insiders and must disclose any sales. Those insider sales must be reported by the 10th day of the following month. No such sales have been reported.

I suspect that most of those shares are being held in anticipation of much higher prices that are expected to occur in the future.
