... agree about the lawsuit drag. ... but meanwhile: does it not seem strange to anyone else that a product with supposedly so much potential, and with the partnership and support of a company such as texas instruments, is debuting in small, obscure, widely scattered places like harvey's and bjorn's? is this a normal sort of test-marketing procedure, or are they the only places that can be persuaded? and what's going on with the wiz? what about the big national chains? ... i remain hopeful and patient, but mystified too.
