Well I give Access power $10 a month. I got it just to see what it was about and found it to be kind of fun. The quality is not that great but people can understand you and vice-versa. I only have one phone line, so when people call me while I'm on line, I have it forwarded to my pager answering service where they can leave a message. I have pager alert too so my pager will go off. When this happens I use access power to call and retrieve the message of the person that just called. That way I can still be on line and not have to disconnect to use my phone to find out who called. It's a great screening combination too. The other useful thing is that while your online you can talk to tech support in regard to your server, the website that you're at(perhaps you have a question about a product you're about to buy) and one of the best things I like about it is that if tech support puts you on hold you can continue to surf and stay online. It's a great way to maximize your one phone line. I was going to get rid of it but now I find it quite handy and a lot cheaper than having two phone lines.
