I don't know any of the terms of the deal. I didn't follow it very closely. I just saw the spread and couldn't believe it. I didn't buy any at $58 3/4, but I have the feeling I'll be kicking myself later!
It just seems like a ridiculous spread that will surely shrink in the coming days.
