[ORCTF and 144s] Yes, I did type all that for you and I don't think boilerplate should be discarded totally. In another place Orckit says they don't have any patents on their own technology and perhaps explains their cavalier attitude towards licensing. <<<Not to continue to dwell on this but have you asked RC or anyone at Amati about the other three or four 144's that were filed recently. Edger does not list the 144's but I sure would be interested in seeing just who else sold.>>> RC doesn't know of anyone else selling. I haven't seen any 144s listed on Edgar and I'm wondering who said they were. Could they have been mistaken? I've certainly tried tracking this rumor down but haven't found a thing. Before I traded on someone's comments, I'd want to check them out. If you want, I'll ask RC if said that about insiders buying, too. It doesn't sound like something he'd say. It would be more typical for him to say he hadn't heard or that it was a question for the other side of the house. Night! Pat
