Larry, is that the best you can do? Why don't you pick out the other things that were said, like how we believed that if they were shorting it would be in violation of sec regs? And how that's why we thought they wouldn't be shorting?

Given the large short position, and that CC now admits to having shorted the first tranche (which they only could have done after November, ie after the first 800k shorts were already made), then that still leaves 1.5M naked shorts or so.

Would you happen to be in contact with any of those people? Is that why you are so persistent here?

Well, the other shorts were the ones pushing it in June, from what CC told the company. CC didn't really jump in until it was in range of $5, and negotiations broke down in Aug. So I would be right, that it was not CC shorting at that point in time.

Of course, if you have their trading records to prove otherwise, and would like to share them with us, and the SEC, we're interested.

They only got a fraction of what they were demanding.

Now the naked shorts are severely exposed, and getting more desperate.

I'm enjoying watching the endgame, and will enjoy the squeeze to come.
