BG;
Well, its over, I am now fully covered on CSDDE. It was a fun ride....these stupid CRIMs, who did they think they were fooling....
I really loved the form 10...Here are some highlights I found particularly touching:
On March 3, 1999 in response to newly instituted public company regulatory requirements, the Company engaged Inter Corp., Inc. of Seattle, Washington to procure accounting and legal services necessary to produce current audited financial statements and to complete and file Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Inter Corp., Inc. also was to develop a business plan for the online banking system. The Company issued 300,000 restricted common shares as payment for the $60,000 fee charged by Inter Corp., Inc.
The Company has awarded 250,000 share purchase options to Wall Street Marketing Group, Inc., a firm which was hired to assist the Company in investor relations matter. To date Wall Street Marketing Group Inc. has exercised 75,000 of these share purchase options.
Well, Wall Street Marketing Group better hurry up exercising....delisting looms for CSDDE.
Who here thinks $mogul works for Wall Street Marketing Group?
