Just a note on Medsite.com. Kaiser refers to JDX's investment in Medsite.com as "seed" paper for a proposed Internet medical site.

I hate to tell Kaiser this but Medsite.com is not "proposed" internet site. It has been in operation for over 3 years and has well over $10 million in revenues for the last year and expects $50 million in revenues for this upcoming year.

Here is the list of strategic partners taken from Medsite.com's website. This list is a who's who in the medical field and also partners with the biggest Medical Internet sites. This sure doesn't sound like a "proposed" site.
